I was hired by Align Technology in 2020, as in intern while I was in grad school. Since joining I've established Align's Employer Brand team along with our team strategy. My primary focus at Align from 2020-now is defining, launching, and managing Align's overall global employer brand + regional recruitment marketing efforts with an emphasis on social media management marketing.
