NC FIELD is a 501(c)(3) organization dedicated to the advancement and support of migrant farmworkers in North Carolina. The organization aims to bridge the socio-economic gaps between healthcare, immigration, and social services.

Working with NC FIELD was such an enlightening and impactful experience I've had. Over the years of working together, I was successful in developing and managing their digital content strategy from ideation to execution, thus increasing brand awareness and donor support. One of my favorite projects was developing a recipe e-book for their youth group. I also supported grant writing and ad hoc organizational development tasks such as: establishing a clear on-boarding process, developing employee education and training, strategic planning, and managing donor communications.
